Horizontal and Vertical Group icons are swapped

Between release 3.7.15 and 3.8.0, the icons for the Horizontal and Vertical Group icons were swapped and no longer match the orientation of the groups when executed. Horizontal groups are created in the vertical plane and vertical groups are created in the horizontal plane. In any case, the actions don't match the icons.
