Hi,
I have created a tree with digin attribute set to true and would like to disable the check box for any child nodes (upto leaf node) of the selected nodes. Is this possible and how would this be done? I looked at some previous posts and there was mention of overriding the isCheckBoxVisible which will in effect stop the users from deselecting the child nodes but I would rather prefer the checkbox shown checked and not editable. Obviously it would be enabled only if the parent node was deselected.
Regards

Please give 2.9.5 a try. In that release, overriding CheckBoxTree#isCheckBoxEnabled(TreePath) would fulfill your request.
Thanks,

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response - do you know if it is available on any remote maven repositories yet? I can't seem to download it from java.net -m2 repository.
Thanks

We don't support maven yet although it is in our job list.

Thats strange I downloaded 2.9.4 from the repository mentioned before. Is that repository not maintained by Jide? I noticed 2.9.4 already has the isCheckboxEnabled(TreePath[] treepaths) method. Isn't it the same thing or have there been changes in how it is used?

There was a regression and we just fixed to make it work again in 2.9.5.
Thanks,
