All software products from this store are download only. After you purchase from our online store, we will contact you by email or by phone within an hour during business hours (pacific time zone) to confirm the order and ask for the following information:

  • Developer(s) name and email address who will use the single developer license(s).
  • Your company name if this is a company purchase.
  • Your product name where you will use JIDE products. If you are not the actual developer, you may not know the product name. That is fine. You can leave it blank and we will ask the developer directly.
After receiving those information, download instructions will be sent to the email address provided during registration within a few minutes after your order is processed.

Return

If for whatever reason you want to return the products you purchased, please email sales@jidesoft.com with your order information within 30 days of purchase. Our sales representative will be happy to assist you. In most cases, you will get full refund. But if there is non-refundable transaction fee charged by the credit card company, we will have to deduct it from refund. Usually it is 3% to 5% of the total payment.
