NextGen PropertyPane

Hi,
The property pane is the basic UI to display a property oriented model but has not the approval of any user experience team.
Is there any chance to investigate a more casual user oriented Property Pane, like the one below, for matching 80% common actions?

I certianly like this way especially if it is for non-developer users. Now the question is how we convert PropertyTableModel to use this kind of interface automatically. If developer still has to write custom layout code to get this kind of layout, it is not good.
