"Speech bubble" style popup

It would be nice if there was a "Speech bubble" style popup in the JIDE, like those diaplyed from the system tray in windows.

I forgot to update this thread. But we added BaloonTip in recent release. It should be the speech bubble you asked. So check it out and let me know.
