Usually after seeing a featured demo in the Jide WebStart Demo,
I want to look at the source code. To do this, I have to leave the
demo and open up my file browser, locate the folder, hunt for the
file and open it.
Would it be possible to have a docked frame(or something else)
in which the source code of the demo is shown too ? That way I
can jump between source view and demo view, without having
to leave the demo, each time I spot something interesting.

Per your request, we added a browse source code button to the demo in 1.8.5 release. You can either run the webstart demo or run "ant ALL" in the release package to see it.
