if we create a PropertyPane with th code:
new PropertyPane(table);
a propertyPane will be correctly showed, but if i substitute the previous line with
new PropertyPane(table,PropertyPane.BUTTONS_EXPAND_COLLAPSE);
the property pane will not be showed correctly

This is a known bug and will be fixed in next patch. For now, just don't use the second visibleButtons parameter.

Just so you know, 1.8.5 release should fix this bug.
