Bug in OutlookTabbedPane "Option..." dialog

I am noticing a bug in the OutlookTabbedPane control that happens when you use the reset button in the Option dialog. This can be reproduced in the "OutlookTabbedPane Demo" available in the Demo for all JIDE Products (including JIDE Common Layer) as of the April 20, 2010 update.

1. Launch the "OutlookTabbedPane Demo"
2. Click on the chevron button at the bottom of the control
3. Select "Option..."
4. Move items up and down via the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons
5. Take note of the order of the list and then press the "Reset" button
6. Observe that the list in the dialog is reset to the original state
7. Press "Ok"
8. Observe that the order of the tabs has changed to what existed before hitting "Reset"

Can anyone confirm this as a bug? Or is there something about that reset functionality I'm not understanding?
