Common Layer looking for apple.laf.AquaPopupMenuUI

Need help,

Just downloaded jide oss common layer ver. 2.7 and just experimenting with it and looking at the source code. When I tried to compile the common layer it's looking for apple.laf.AquaPopupMenuUI. I've look at the site to see if there is any dependencies for this common layer and found non. So if anybody knows where I can find/download the required jar for this apple laf.

There is a libs folder in the SVN that has laf.jar.
