Question about FolderChooser delete directory

Hi,
I've noticed that if i use folderchooser to create a new folder, i can delete this new one with the file system performing a delete.
If i select an existing folder and delete it, it is removed from the folder chooser but refresh brings it back and this delete is no performed on the file system.
Can i ask if this is by design or maybe a small bug?

It is defined in FolderToolBar which is open source at https://jide-oss.dev.java.net/. You can disable or remove the delete button by yourself for now.

We will provide an easier way to disable or remove the delete button later on.

Just so you know, this feature is added in 2.6.1 which was just released. A new setAvailableButtons method is added to FolderChooser to allow you to set any buttons visible.
