Horizontal scrolling with Mouse Wheel

I want to know if is planed to add the support of the horizontal scrolling with Mouse Wheel on components like JideScrollPane.

I think JideScrollPane (as well as JScrollPane) supports horizontal wheel scroll. However vertical wheel scroll has a high priority. Only if there is no vertical scroll bar, it will scroll horizontally using wheel. So I guess you are looking for an option to make horizontal scroll a higher priority, aren't you?

I'm unsing a Microsoft mouse that allows to scroll horizontal and vertical. With this mouse I can scroll for example in Eclipse without problem. I'm looking for same behaviour.

I see. I wonder if Java MouseWheelEvent supports it at all. I didn't see a field in MouseWheelEvent tells if it's horizonal or vertical. It's no surprise that Eclipse works because it usually gets the native behavior.

Currently Java MouseWheelEvent does not supports the horizonal scrolling.
