Information Collection and Use

Our hosting company will track some non-personal statistics information such as what operating system and browser you are using, what the referring URL etc. This information is used solely for creating statistical reports on our web page usage.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information or company information with third parties in any way. Any information submitted to us such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, etc. will not be released, sold or rent to any third-party individual or company and is kept strictly internal to JIDE Software. We may list your company name in customer lists web page, however we will ask your permission before we do so.

Secure Transaction

In our online payment system, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure secure transmission of all the data including your credit card information you have entered in the order form. Please make sure the address line beginning with https://www.jidesoft.com/ before submitting your credit card information. Your credit card information is submitted to payment gateway (in our case, we used Linkpoint) directly using SSL and we won't store it anywhere on our server.

If you send in purchase order by fax, once we process the order, we will destroy the original fax which might have credit card information.
