Due to growth and expansion within our business, we have immediate openings for both junior and senior Java Swing Software Engineer in San Diego, California, United States. The successful candidate needs to be able to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment. The team is small but effective and as such needs a self-motivated and highly productive individual to contribute to the effective running of this highly skilled team.

Job Responsibility

Work on new products, components and features. You will be responsible for specification, design, development and productizing the new components.
Provide email technical support to customers. Collect feedbacks from them, fix bugs and/or integrate new features into products. Work closely with other support team members.
Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years related experience required (10+ years for senior position)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong knowledge of Java, Swing and Java 2D
Strong background on user interface design
Strong background on your industry (for senior position & specific industry)
Demonstrated expertise of OOP principals
Previous knowledge of JIDE products is preferred
Responsive with an attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Excellent ability to interact with customers and troubleshooting complex technical problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
